TradeMind provides software that helps businesses discover each other, exchange requests for quotation and quotations, and keep records of sourcing decisions.

TradeMind is not a party to agreements between buyers and suppliers, does not process payments between them and does not hold funds. Selecting a quotation on TradeMind records a decision; it does not by itself create an order or a binding contract.

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish and for the commercial offers they submit. AI-assisted drafts must be reviewed by the user before they are published or sent.
