We collect the account information needed to operate TradeMind (name, email, password hash), organisation information you provide, and the commercial records you create (requests, quotations, messages).

Commercial records are visible only to the organisations involved. Request descriptions and quotation fields may be sent to our AI provider to generate drafts and summaries when AI features are used; they are not used to train models under our provider terms.

We intend to comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
